Social Media – Everyone’s Sharing!
How It Works: Most of us know how it works, but there may be a few that don’t, so here it is in a nutshell. As an example, let’s look at Facebook. If a friend or business likes your business page on Facebook, their friends see it. If their friends check it out, and they like it, their friends see it too, and so it goes. Social marketing at it’s finest. Facebook and Twitter never advertise because every company advertises for them! Amazing! Don’t you wish it were that simple for you? I sure do.
Do you ever look for a company to use on Social Media? Maybe, but chances are you will go to Google. Why? Because that is what Google is built for, and it is our go to search engine. If you have a question about a product you are considering, you might go to Social Media to check out what others are saying. What questions have been posed to them. Do they get back to you in a timely manner?
If however, you need or are considering purchasing a product, and a friend has recommend such a product on social media, you are more than like to go check it out on social media and make the purchase because the link is right in front of you to their business page.
Why is that? It’s called “Instant Credibility”.
I guess a few of those marketing classes I took stuck…LOL. Likewise, the same can go in the opposite direction. So be sure you trust the person posting on your behalf.
If you need a Website and Social Media, not a problem. If we design your site, we will set it up for you if needed. Do you only want to post on one Communication Channel like Facebook? No problem. We have a lot of clients that only want to post on FB, Twitter, or LinkedIn. It is completely up to you. You will have to decide who controls your online projects, and we highly recommend someone you trust without question, because they are representing you online.
What is the best? Facebook? Pinterest? Twitter? The answer is all of them if you wish. We would definitely recommend using at least 4.
